About Kotva Hotel

Hotel Kotva is located in the southern part of Sunny Beach. There are 3 km to the center of the complex. In around 800 m is the town Nessebar. And only 1.5 km awaits you the ancient town of Nessebar with its ancient buildings and cultural – historical sites. In both directions there is regular public transport – buses and mini train.
The beach is 250 m from the hotel.
Hotel Kotva consists of two buildings, connected by a common reception with spacious lobby. It has 321 rooms and 150 apartments. There are four floors and an elevator in each wing.
Patios are nice for relaxation and entertainment. Guests enjoy free five outdoor pools. One of them is a mini Olympic size and the other four are a type of mini aqua park.
The guests have a safe at the reception /upon additional payment/ parking lot, restaurant, bistro “Black Pearl”, pool bar, non-stop lobby bar, doctor’s office.
For your relaxation and entertainment the hotel offers also for additional payment sauna, well-equipped gym, massage, games room with billiards, table tennis, table football.

Aquapark

Hotel Kotva has a pool with mini Olympic dimensions. Attached to it is a children section for the entertainment of our youngest guests. Around it has a large

sun terrace with parasols and sun loungers.
The Aqua Park has four pools. Two of them are equipped with slides suitable for children and adults. One pool is with slides and attractions for the smallest guests. There is also a pool with slide “Rolba”.
The pools are of varying depth, suitable for all ages. Guests enjoy all the pools, deck chairs and umbrellas around them free.

Restaurants and Bars

The hotel also has two restaurants – the main restaurant Kotva and bistro “Black Pearl”.
Kotva Restaurant is the main restaurant – All Inclusive. It is consists of a

large room and terrace to it. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are buffet.
Bistro “Black Pearl” is attractive for its shape of a ship – that of Captain Jack Sparrow from “Pirates of the Caribbean”. It is located within the mini aqua park of the hotel. Its capacity is 120 seats located outdoors by the pool. It offers many Bulgarian and fish specialties and international cuisine. Every day, customers can enjoy a varied lunch menu.
The restaurant is suitable for organizing different events – birthdays, children’s and corporate parties.
At the guests disposal are three bars – Bar Kotva (All Inclusive), lobby bar and pool bar.
Bar Kotva is located on the large pool and is designed for guests of All Inclusive. inside it is also placed the room for entertainment – table tennis, football, billiards. Adjacent to it are the sauna, gym and the doctor’s office.
The lobby bar is available 24h to guests. There is a separate TV area in the lobby, and places to the big pool.
The water bar is on the territory of the Aqua Park. Having fun at the aqua park attractions the guests can enjoy a variety of cocktails and cool drinks at the pool bar or relax in the Jacuzzi next to the bar.
